When we were hiking the Chicago Lakes Trail, there were some incredible views, such as this one:

Alex is a funny, nice guy.  Don’t you think?  I’m pretty lucky to have him as my dog-dad!

Anyway, these pictures are from when we went camping this summer.  On the ride down from the mountains, I was pretty tuckered out.  All I wanted to do was lay in some sunshine and be with my favorite humans.

Here are some extra pictures from my camping trip this summer.  After 2 weeks of camping pictures, I thought people needed a break.  Can’t post them all at once, you know?  So here are some of those extra pictures of me being extra cute!

Not sure if you remember, but I got to have some time to cool off by swimming in Mary’s Lake.

Jo, Wendy, and Erin were there to give me some pettins in-between swims.  Erin mostly took pictures and left the pettins to the others.

Later we went up into the mountains in Estes Park.  At one of the visitor centers, Erin took this horribly embarrassing photo.  What planet was I on, that I got my leash tangled around my head??

There isn’t much to do when you are camping, other than eating hotdogs and playing fetch.  Fine by me!

Alex has some trouble knowing how to focus Erin’s camera…  while you can’t see my fur in all its shiny glory, you can see some significant details in the trees. 

Overall camping was a lot of fun and it totally tuckered me out.  Hope you guys can try camping some time and enjoy it as much as I did!

Commons Park:  Climbing the Stairs

Over in Commons Park there is this really cool thing.  Maybe it’s supposed to be art… I’m not sure.  But its a ramp on one side and stairs on the other.  Erin likes going up there because she says it has a good view, but I wouldn’t know because the sides are too high for me to see things.  Still I like running up and down this things!
